Honest about the money

Affiliate disclosures

Yearfold is free to use. We pay for hosting, fonts, simulation engineering, and editorial review through three revenue streams: display advertising, the one-time PDF report, and affiliate referral fees from a small list of vetted partners.

How we choose partners

We refuse partnerships with whole-life insurance pitches, leveraged ETFs marketed to retirees, and any product that takes custody of your assets without transparent fees. Every partner on this page is one we would suggest to a family member.

A referral fee never changes which recommendation you see. If a fiduciary advisor would say “don't do that,” Yearfold says it too. If you ever feel a recommendation here was conflicted or wrong, write to hello@yearfold.com.
